Objectives of Constitutional Law course:
The course aims to enable you:
u Gain familiarity with doctrines and principles to understand the nature and working of constitution in theory and practice.
u Understand the norms , principles and theories of constitutionalism as they were historically evolved and being practiced.
u Understand what comprises constitutional Law and its basic principles and concepts.
u Apply knowledge gained to post independence constitutions in Sudan and their working.
